Last Thursday 6 February was held the II Job Day San valero an event that puts the academic world in touch with the world of business. A successful participation with more than 50 companies and 500 Vocational Training students.

ALOT METAL participated in the presence of Antonio Alot, Commercial Director, who during the Conference gave a talk to the future collaborators of Alot Metal. Young vocational training students are very talented. We are aware of the shortcomings of the sector in finding certain profiles and in our case it is very difficult to find welders, boilermakers….. There aren’t any, and the ones there are in great demand.

This day was very important for us to tell what we are, what we do and why we would like you to come and work with us in the future. A clear strategy of #Employerbranding that we launched with very clear objectives.
